I’ve been going here since I was little I’m an adult now so I’m responsible for booking my own appointments. But MY GOD the customer service is so unprofessional, my doctor gave me a call this morning to discuss lab work with me over the phone. I’ve been calling ALL DAY SINCE 9AM when she called me and I could not get through to anybody all day. This is so unprofessional, it’s thanksgiving week and I have a busy work schedule if I need to come in to get some medication I would need to know as soon as possible. But now I have to wait until tomorrow when she’s in again at 8 but what’s the point of having a phone number if NOBODY ON STAFF WILL PICK UP AND ATTEND TO YOU? So unprofessional please if this is your first time going here go else where.

Terrible with paperwork. I had something due on the 28th of August. It is the third of September and when I go to pick up my form fills they tell me that the doctor was on vacation.. you had six extra days to figure something, anything out..couldn’t have anyone fill it out? customer service and communication is even worse. Do not come here if you are a nursing student or have strict deadlines. a physical should not be this much of an issue. This is the second time I’ve had a problem with paperwork. I have had other issues but I’ve said enough. Most of the doctors and staff have been great In person but it feels very disorganized most of the time.
