Why make appointments if they aren’t going to be honored!?! My appt was scheduled for 8:15 and I’m sitting here waiting at 9:00 with 1 person ahead of me! This is ridiculous! Every time I come here; I’m being made to wait! People have things to do. If I don’t honor my appointments; it would be a problem! GET IT TOGETHER SUN RIVER HEALTH! Your Patients have lives too!!! RESPECT GOES BOTH WAYS!

Terrible service, if the appointment is at a certain time they can attend you after two hours or more, they are not sorry to cancel your appointment the same day in your face "because the doctor does not feel well" lately I only have bad experiences with them. The receptionists are PATHETIC. All without exception. They really do treat people like animals. The doctors don't seem to know what they're doing. A doctor named dos Santos changed my father's dose of insulin (even though she is not an endocrinologist, not a specialist in this pathology) she changed my father's dose abruptly and my father almost died from the reaction . They definitely don't know what they're doing. Awful place AWFUL ATTENTION, lousy service.
