I was in this store about 30 minutes before closing time one day and the staff acted as if they did not want to help me while I was looking at shoes. I asked about a color and got told “no that is all we have right there” and the employee just walked off and did not even attempt to ask if I needed a size in anything else. Found another shoe I wanted to try and I had to stop the other employee to ask for a size and she got it for me and walked off. No one ever checked on me again after that to see if they worked or needed different size so I just got my purse and left. I will NOT be back to this store. I understand it was almost closing time and they were ready to go, but I was still a customer in the store during working hours, regardless with full intentions of buying not one but THREE pairs of shoes along with clothing until I was treated like I didn’t matter nor my business, and I am sure my 3 year old with me, acting like any 3 year old does in a store, had something to do with it… Will NOT be back here, this location anyways, not to mention I drove over an hour to get here because I heard great things about it!

Went in super nice. Bought a pair of Hey dudes around 10:30. Went home put them on wore them about 2 hours and decided I wanted to go one size bigger. And called up there. She said no problem. Get up there an because the bottom of the shoe …I am vey sorry you are unhappy. We do not accept worn returns. Worn returns are only for product that is defective. We can not resale worn product because you changed your mind. Always make sure you are happy with the product before you wear it. We offer a 45 day return policy on unworn product.
