I called them a month or so ago to give an estimate on an insurance claim. They were prompt in coming out and getting pictures of the damage and getting the estimate but they never sent the info to the company and I had to call them numerous times to ask why. They kept saying oh I thought we sent that and let me check and call you back but never did. The three starts is for their promptness and I’d give a negative zero for customer service.

Yes, we accept all insurance claims. Each of our clients who uses an insurance claim is assigned a Project Coordinator to help them process their claim from start to finish.
