Terrible customer service , lost package at railroad tracks & entered delivered in system

Well, as expected this was the 3rd time they havent delivered anything at my house, each time I have something thats supposed to be delivered by them, they just take it back to the facility and send a notification that my address was incorrect, or my apt number wasnt found, I live in a house, outside city limits, and the address is pretty clear, easily shows up in the gps, but seems the drivers are too lazy to even do that... the second time I added 2 address lines, same thing happened... know this third time, they did it again, didnt deliver anything, and just reported that the address was invalid, so I called customer support and reported the problem, they told me that the driver reporting not being able to find my address, because they were 2 address lines, instead of taking time to locate it in a gps or something, they decided to take it back to the facility... they really need to do something about the drivers, FedEx hasnt had any trouble delivering my packages, on the other hand ups is terrible at it...

I could not get any help with sending a package because office was closed. I figured it out.

You can’t. You can’t speak to them yourself period without calling corporate and escalating an issue to then have the local shop call you. And even then you’re not likely to get a call.
