My Mom just recently found out she has lung cancer. I was very disappointed coming here both times with her due to the way the employees talk to the public. A woman named Deb from oncology on the first floor was exceptionally rude and unprofessional to my 78 year old grandmother. When addressed about the way she spoke to her she laughed in my face and refused to give me her name. My Grandmother has a hard time walking and due to the fact her car was parked father away she asked another employee if she could have a seat for a moment. He told her yes. Seeing as there were other visitors in the lobby I didn’t see a problem with it. As soon as she sat down, Deb ran out of the oncology office loudly telling my 78 year old grandmother she had to get up and leave right now. I told Deb that the other employees told her she could have a seat and she told me they know better than that? So after helping my 78 year old grandmother up I let the two employees know in front of her that there was no one aloud to sit down and thanked them for being kind enough to allow her to try and sit for a moment. After going back to get her name she rudely laughed in my face and told me to leave the building. She was not apologetic. She was not kind. It amazes me how people like this find jobs working with the public when they don’t know how to treat people in the first place. Shame on you Deb. She should know when people come here they are going through something difficult. A little kindness and compassion goes a long way. Very disappointed

I would like to take this time to thank each and everyone at The Dyson Cancer Center for the excellent and professional care that I received while having my treatments and a special thanks to Bryan and beyond. I would like to thank Dr. Pappadolas and Dr. Leonardo for your care. I would also like to thank Tonya and the ladies at the front desk for taking care of my little Emotional Support dog Brandi while I was getting my treatments. Last but not least I want to thank Nicole (Valet) parking for parking my car and taking care of it for me. It was a wonderful experience for me. I recommend The Dyson Cancer Center to anyone going through cancer. Thank you everyone, I am greatful. Yours truly, Lorraine Paz

1. We go to the Dyson Center every 3 weeks. The staff is always efficient, cheerful and caring. This week Maylin and Sharlene were wonderful! 2. The day after Memorial Day we had to go to the Infusion Center unexpectedly. First of all Dr. Rashmala took our emergency call in the wee hours of the morning. She handled setting up my husband to come in at 8:00, and putting me at ease. Dr. Leonardo and Maggie helped my husband into the center and explained everything that needed to be done. They checked on him throughout the day. Our nursing team was Josephine and Sherlene. In spite of the incredibly crazy-busy full house, they remained diligent and caring. Thank you to all of you.
