Beautiful location and even better staff
M Smith
The cemetery itself is beautiful and until a few minutes ago, I would have said all staff are very considerate, polite and helpful. I was told by a female employee in the scheduling department that to be added to next of kin list I would need a case number. I was able to get the case number and I called back and spoke with Christopher William O'Brien. When I explained to him what I was told earlier in the day, he accused me of lying, was disgustingly rude and went on to say he, "didn't care" and that he was going to call my brother. I asked him if I should call back to verify and he said, "No. We'll figure something out." I never spoke to any male in any of my phone calls today. Sara from scheduling was very helpful and I wished I had reached her, as she was the one that told me that once I had a case number we could talk about my father's case/next of kin. I'd like to add that I am a Veteran and this is beyond anything I have ever experienced in my life.

I don't know, but the cemetery has a system that will tell you where the person is buried. When you drive into the cemetery there is welcome center on the left. In between the buildings there is a pad where you type in the person's name.
No it is not
I don't know I know they do Christmas wreath at Christmas but not sure how maybe contact the cemetery about it.

Hi, not sure about the 2021 Memorial service. There was nothing posted.
You can go to the Saratoga National Cemetery Support Committee's Facebook page and they will have that information for you. They are in charge of the flag placement.
They are not allowed during the mowing season. From April 15th to November 15 but the dates are subject to change.
Arrive 10 to 15 minutes before the scheduled service time.
Go to www.wreathsacrossamerica.org/NYGSNS. That is the webpage where people can sign up to place wreaths and donate.
The cemetery is open 7 days a week from sunrise to sunset regardless of any holiday.
Call there they are very good and helpful there.
The date is october 10th through april 15th
