This place is always such a joke and there’s clearly no one managing this location for real. Fully staffed all the time, borderline over staffed, yet constantly out of everything. Never has salad dressing. Didn’t have sweet tea the last few times I went, and when asking the staff any questions they never know the answers. It’s like they don’t even work there at all. Disnt have any forks tonight which is what led me to leave this review. Didn’t have forks? How do you run out of forks?

The guy making my bowls was in a rush. He gave me the last of the dried up pinto beans and onions and peppers and was annoyed when I said I needed onions and peppers for my husband's bowl. He went over to the online station to get them. Sloppily done half full bowls. Alton location is sooo much better! I will not be visiting the Jupiter location again.

Yeah I wasn't impressed either when I went. Most other Chipotles have much better service.
The name of the brand and the foods give a Mexican feeling but it is only the concept.
The phones have been down but they are back up
