Awful food. Service was fine but we hot home and the chicken was original and we asked for extra crispy....we ate a couple of pieces and decided to throw the rest out. Drum sticks were so small they looked like wing drummies.

When you use the drive thru, ensure you have what you ordered. 99% of the time they gave me wrong combination. Let’s say I order 10 drums they will give 4 drums and 6 thighs and don’t even mention. Every time I have to be shameless and go thru the lobby and change it. Hope the management is reading this comment…

Not sanitary watched a dude that has gloves take a order taking the screen then put his hand in his pocket then continue to take out his air pod put it in his ear did not change his gloves. Ignored me for about 5 minutes until the guy from drive thru finally asked me what I wanted to order. I understand the no staff issue but for real come on get it together you got 10 people in here waiting for there food and your walking around like a dope. Never picking up from here again.

Poor poor service!! We bought the combo meal and supposed to have mashed potato on my combo meal but the manage instead put the fries on it even though we already ordered separate french fries.. and when we asked them that the mashed potato was missing she was not fixed the issue instead she told us she doesnt want to argue with us even though we were just asking for the mashed potato but it was completely poor customer service!! Its their mistake but there was no saying sorry all she did was acting rude.. shes wearing blue shirt and boyish..
