Consistently rude and unprofessional service through the drive-thru. (Loud swearing and lewd comments audible while waiting in the drive-thru.) I’ve probably stopped by this location about once a month for the past year and they’ve been out of vanilla frosties every time. They ought to just remove the item from their Wendy’s app and drive-they menus if it’s not going to be available. It’s clear management has simply stopped caring about this location…

4 for $4 and a full meal for $5.. Those are great deals. Paying $3.21 for a large soft drink?!?! Outrageous!! Young girl at the window wasn't very nice either. Totally understand all of the negative customer service reviews. 😡

I've gone to this location before many times and would give them a 5 star every time. Went there before my shift, I get up to put my order in I waited for a good minute before someone spoke. And they just go what do you want? I was taken back, brushed it off ordered. When she asked what kind of sauce I said what I wanted and then 3 seconds later she goes asks again what kind of sauce. But more like sauce!? like I didn't answer. You could tell she was having an attitude. Like she didn't want to be there or even take mu order. Like I get everyone has bad days but don't take it out on customers. Especially during these weird times. We are all stressed. Can we just be nice humans?? If you don't like where you're working (if that is the case) go work somewhere else there is plenty of jobs out there. It more saddens me that people are like this now.
