Had the products I needed. Cashier Pamela was very rude about me not wanting to sign up for any of the store rewards. I politely declined and she started asking for family member phone numbers to give rewards to. That's unprofessional to ask for other people's personal information. When I declined to give out other information l, she stopped speaking to me and that was that. Rude.

Always clean and organized. Staff is mostly friendly and was asked if I needed help in the make-up section. Took one star away because no one to help in hair section and when I asked someone in the salon because I couldn't find anyone else she had no clue about Matrix shampoo and conditioner? How are you working in a salon and don't know anything? Also some workers were putting stuff away and I felt like I was in their way trying to look at products and they never asked if I needed help.

Ulta in Warren has clip in ponytail extensions in 3 different sizes.. They also carry one size halo extension...I will say though there is limited color choices but there is highlights and lowlights that are throughout most the styles..Its a great choice for weddings, black tie events and days you want a full do that is easy to do...Always ask a stylist in the ulta salon for help with choosing your clip on..They do offer extensions in the salon which would be a more natural look and you control your own length that way.If your not sure what to do call warren ulta salon and ask the stylist when she or he available for a free consultation...Make sure you mention that you are interested in extensions and that you cant decide what kind that way they can have ideas ready for you at your appt...

Ulta in Warren has highly trained salon proffessionals...If you not sure call them and set up a free consoltation with a stylist, designer, or master designer..Also Ulta in Warren only uses the best color and toners and the shade range is so insane that my stylist had to narrow down the choices so i could achieve literally the perfect color..
