I can’t say enough about this place. Even through the pandemic they took care of me without missing a beat. The nurse practitioners are kind and listen and my counselor has helped me so much. He is great. Even the office staff will go out of their way to help you if you need it. This place can help you change your life.

I've been going to Serenity a little less than a year now and no complaints. Dr's nurses counselors everybody listens and does there best to take care of your needs. Biggest problem is see here is certain patient's not following the program. By this I mean them selling there prescription in the waiting room over the phone before they even have it. Or joking about there failed drug test and laughing about it. The one I like the most is when there 3 to 4 minutes past there appointment and the patient is yelling and screaming at the receptionist because they have to meet there buyer or dealer before a certain time. People should really determine the volume of there phone calls. Here is the most famous one when they get discharged and there out in the parking lot saying this is bs I only failed 12 test I dont understand why I got discharged or my count was only off 7 times. The things I see staff deal with is insane people wanting help but not willing to do the work or stick to the program. I've seen Serenity give out more chances than what needed to be for people who didnt deserve it in the first place.

My nurse practitioner doesn't listen to me. I leave in tears, she is demeaning. I can't give any personal info. I had a dr in the state I lived in until he retired. He was awesome! The other dr I came upon was just as amazing. I saw her 2 yrs before moving to ohio. I've been at serenity a yr and a half and I hate it. From reading your other comments, you know just what I'm saying ..

I actually really like this place. Anna is so sweet and she asks questions to help me work through my issues instead of just telling me what to do. I see Kristin for meds and she's been very open-minded and patient. She listens to me and takes how I feel into consideration when working with my medications. As for Dr. Kassawat, I've only seen him once and I didn't find him rude or arrogant at all. The man is just very educated and knows what he's talking about. I feel hopeful here.
