I have to honestly say, I would recommend this place to anyone. My mother is visiting from out of town and got very I’ll… I called Well Now, and got assistance in minutes with a fast appointment to bring her in. Alyssa at the front desk, Is so warm welcoming and helpful.. from walking in for her appointment, to me calling back the next day, she assisted me in getting answers to my questions immediately. I love dealing with her. Also The care she received from Andrew was amazing. I’m very comforted knowing my mother was taken care of and I couldn’t thank them more. The whole staff is so kind and helpful… thank you Well Now.. your the best!!!!!

Not so much rude or lazy but I had to wait 2 hours after my appointment time, to be seen.
This place is very unorganized. Made online appointment after an hour and 45minutes after my appointment time and was still waiting to be called...got all the way home about 20 minutes away before realizing I left my license. I called to let them know I would be back the next business day to pick up my license...10 minutes later they called me and was ready to see me. Absolute joke of a facility.
I wasn't there for a covid test, so I have no idea. They start giving them fr ok m the time they open up until the time they close, so I would say they're pretty quick.
