My mothers funeral was here on Sunday August 28 2022. Her date of death was printed wrong on the prayer cards the obituary and in the book prior to the funeral my sister sent an email and I even called 3 times never once did we get a response they must have poor management and communication skills! They did a terrible job on my mother her hair and makeup was nothing like we discussed! She had no flowers on her casket! I was so upset the day of her funeral I complained and I was supposed to get a phone call but as of Wednesday August 31 2022 no phone call! Very disappointed with Fuller Funeral Home East Naples!

Poor service, wrong date of death, and my mom looked terrible. They did such a poor job on her hair and makeup. Nothing like trying to grieve and having to try to get them to correct their mistakes to get a response, that they will fix the prayer cards but they normally don't do that. Funny they normally don't fix their mistakes. Do NOT recommend. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
