Unhelpful staff. We waited in line today for several minutes and were turned away as the location was at capacity. Staff could have been a bit nicer about it. Maybe they need to read “Customers for Life.” It would have been nice to post a sign on the door if you were full up for some time. However, my family was able to buy passes online. Need to get your stories straight, Skyzone team. Are you full or not? Folks at Atomic are nicer.

No trash cans in eating area, only teenagers working. No adult on duty, none of the staff wanted to be helpful, no empathy for special needs children from the staff. This location has gone down hill.

You can just go in. There some times that are busier than others. Some events need preregistration like when they have special toddler time activities. You can prefill the Waiver online at home.
