Nice fine dining restaurant in the corner across from the St Paul Hotel. Pretty tasty food, great assortment of comfort food with tasty seafood flair! They require a majority of your party present to seat you. The staff are very helpful if you are indecisive and I highly recommend the Salmon! We had a great dining experience!

Was busy due to show at Xcel but they sqeezed us in a small two top in the bar. Service great and fast. Waitress attentive and gave us info so we could place order before kitchen got backed up. Apps and food were prepared perfect. Salmon was just crispy on outside and moist and flaky inside. Husbands pasta was perfect and good flavor. When choosing prep for salmon I would not get blackened as the fish does not need it so fresh and good without extras. I could have used a pinch more rice but it was really, really good meal. Pricey but worth it.

My first time experiencing this restaurant and it was for a friends birthday dinner. The restaurant had a nice clean interior w/ nice cozy feel to it. The restaurant was very under staffed like everywhere else these days and it showed at times. Now our waiter was very friendly, witty and had a nice personality he was a good server. He got a little testy because my party arrived very late for the reservation which is very understandable. All the staff we encountered were courteous and made us feel welcomed. Now to the food (forgive my pics I forgot to take some before I ate). The food was probably 6/10, some of our party of 10 received their food cold and had to send it back to be reheated. After it came back it was still not hot, which left a bad experience for them. I ordered the prime rib meal which was a good meal overall but, it had a lot of fat on the cut. This made about 1/2 the cut inedible (see pics) . The drinks were good, the key lime pie was good and the salmon entrées were good. This place would be worth another shot when they have more staff to support a busy dining room. Overall it was a decent experience and worth a first visit in the heart of downtown Saint Paul.

It was our first time at Kincaid's Downtown Saint Paul! Bjorn was amazing! He set the tone perfect for our evening and made our celebration and night magical! I am thankful and grateful for the sweet experience! Thank you Bjorn for your great service, attentiveness and for making my first time, and our celebration wonderful. The food was great, ambience and the cocktails were amazing! I was wide eyed and so happy! Happy Holidays!
