Would not recommend moving here. Keep track of your money and what you’re paying cause they will overcharge you!! Seems like a very appealing place to live as they are newer builds. After living here I would rather spend less money renting something that doesn’t look as nice than living here.Very few employees will actually help you if you have any problems while living there, and if they are it’s something on the lines of let me ask a manager and get back to you. And then proceed to not inform you of anything after that like they constantly forget or do not care! Wouldn’t waste my money here again!

Make sure to keep track of everything you pay for here, we found it quite shady that we over paid while moving out and I'm glad that we caught it. We were told our last month's rent was going to be prorated and we still paid for a full months rent, and when I brought this up to the management, they said that we would receive a move out statement which would show any money that may be due back to us. But we still have yet to receive our move-out notice (was said to be sent 30 days after move out, and they never asked for a forwarding address so I just emailed it to them) and now 2 days away from the 60 day mark we still have yet to receive our security deposit back as well as everything we over paid for. Tried going to the office multiple times waiting for over 30 minutes because no one was ever there. When communicating with the office over email I just kept getting the same nonchalant answers about how they "will check with our property manager". Seems very disorganized since the new company bought the apartments and way too over priced for what you get. I hope this review will remind them to send us our stuff.

Do yourself a favor, and do not move here. It will save you stress and money to avoid at all costs. For current tenants, be careful and look over your bills when you move out. They will try to charge you for additional days past your rent if you don’t catch it. They will also add additional unexpected cleaning fees on top of the expected ones.
