I am very upset after my first review, I called their location to check what the ladies name was that chose to speak to me outside instead of allowing me inside. I had another rep on the phone who once I asked for the older women name she came back on the phone and proceeded to tell me she would provide me the hotline number to call for assistance and do my screening. I told the rep on the phone that Carolyn did not offer me the hotline number and when I specifically asked if right now was they timing I could call the hotline, Carolyn told me outside the front door (again I felt like I wasn't allowed inside) that right not the hotline number was not accepting calls. So I told the rep why would Carolyn tell me that and then now you're saying I can call the hotline number ? The rep proceeded to curse under her breathe like If they did something wrong or trying to hide something. I was treated very poorly in the front of the location with the front door closed. If your location has cameras on the outside of the building I would definitely look into that I arrived at 12:25pm on 04/27/2022 and re watch . I did not appreciate the attitude Carolyn gave me . I hate to say this but it was very obvious my race made her uncomfortable and I do not tolerate that or appreciate it

If I could give no stores I would they were very rude to me didn’t even let me inside treated me as if I was contagious with Covid I would’ve gladly put on a mask if they just asked they did not allow me inside I was not aware of the appointment scheduling ahead of time and I just stop by during my lunch they were very inconsiderate of my time and giving me information to help me with any assistance I needed and very rude it was an older woman who was giving me information with no information she told me to call instead of coming in and then when I proceeded to tell her I would call then she told me that they would not be able to help me with anything but the way it was delivered could’ve been more professional I am very upset with how I was treated that was very uncalled for God bless them and hope that they help everyone and stop being biased towards race

There is a local homeless shelter in greeley guadalupe center & he could go there until he gets on his feet he'd have all the help he needs being he has a job that's a big plus !

North Range Behavioral has a Crisis Center open 24 hrs. You can at least SIT in the lobby without any Rules or be Kicked out or put on a list to See a caseworker and Then be put on a priority Waiting List. Guadeloupe Shelter is Also a SOBER living facility with a 4 month plan and you must work and have childcare. It is only for Nights and weekends and serves hot meals as overseen by Weld County. As a Volunteer there last season in the garden, I saw MANY WOMEN AND CHILDREN turned away as there are Limited beds. The police dept also has a list and there is a Woman's and children shelter somewhere here in Greeley. I have friends that also have resouces for housing and maybe emergency shelter. Check CHURCHES in Greeley as they all have sanctuary programs. And the Truck Stop in Evans is open 24 Hours to at least be warm for a minute. The COLD weather shelter does not take children. Many people are aware of the LACK of facilities in this area. Hope it helps. God Bless You!

They only have so much money to work with. But he can request to stay in the shelter. The self help program is 120 days long. In four months you should have at least enough money saved to rent a place to live.

I am sure they do. Give them a call, i have donated clothes but not toys. There are families there.
