When I had no where to go that was safe for me the amazing Staff At St Martin's gave me a place to stay that was clean and warm. They fed me so much I got fat. There are always goodies on the counter and fresh coffee in the pot. The meals always stuffed me beyond measure. The staff are reasonable and the rules are a very small price to pay for free lodging and meals. This facility is privately funded, they do not get paid per bed that is filled and they do not have a huge budget. They survive off from the donations of others and offer a judgement free zone. May God bless this facility and its staff for all the work they do to lend others a hand.

St. Martin de Porres Residence is for homeless men, we have a sister facility, St. Catherine's of Siena at 2 Central Avenue where we provide shelter for homeless women.

Will you give a non profit receipt when I donate items ?

I was wondering if space was open there, I have two little kids and was hoping for a place to stay for a little bit, but don't have an activated phone, so calling might be difficult that's why I'm seeing if I could find out online

Saint Martin's and Saint Catherine's work on a referral based system from a case worker or counselor--having familiarity with your situation and can vouch you have a plan in place to end homelessness. As already noted both facilities are for adults only, however Hope Haven does accept families.
