I would be lying if I said I didn’t know what to expect from reading the reviews about this place a lot of mixed reviews but decided to check it out to see if it was really as bad as the reviews were letting me on to believe. It wasn’t until I had walked into the store that I was confused at first because I expected it to be bad and treated terribly that was until I was greeted by one of the employees there and was asked if there was anything that I could he helped finding I said no but appreciated the offer and looked around the store. I noticed that they had a case full of I Pads and Samsung tablets I had asked if they had phones and they said no when I asked why this is what made me understand more why there could be negative reviews due to electronics, what the employee had told me was in the past when they would take phones they didn’t think much of it until the phones stopped working due to the person who stole the phone either not paying it or saying that it got stolen pretty much blacklisting the phone making it unusable. I now understand where some of the negative reviews could have came from due to electronics and have a better understanding of the store all together. I’m rating it 4 stars to pretty much sum up my experience, I did end up purchasing a tablet for my daughter and it’s been working good since then. I don’t understand why there are many bad reviews there considering the fact that some of the stuff I heard being brought up in reviews I didn’t even see happen in the store this business definitely doesn’t get the respect I definitely feel it deserves. I will be stopping in again soon

I've been to Best Pawn a few times to buy electronics and jewelry and the staff is very knowledgeable. I definitely got a great deal on my purchased items and I will be bringing some items to sell for sure! Jeff helped me and he is awesome.
