I came here to run on the trails. I always find the trails quite and relaxing. It's a nice way to hear the birds and the wind blow though the trees. The people that are on the trails are always nice too, which is a plus.

Saw so much wildlife while here! 10 year, 1 turkey, 1 rabbit, turtles - plus this little guy who was in the middle of the path, moved so it wouldn't get stepped on! The only downside was having to walk through so much mud. It was raining days before we went. I'll bring boots next time!

A great place to connect with nature near the heart of downtown Grand Rapids. Blandford Nature Center has a lot to offer for those wanting a nice walk through the woods, although be cautious in the winter if it is icy. Great to see …

I love this Nature Center!! Beautiful hiking trails. Educational for children and adults. Great for all seasons. Been going to Blandford since I was a kid and I still learn something new about nature and conservation everytime I'm here. Thanks to Mary Jane (founder) you are missed but your legacy lives on!!!

Any time, dawn to dusk.
Yes, $3 for adults, and totally worth it. Trails are excellent, but can be a bit wet. Dress for weather.
Actually no, you can stop in anytime. But is recommended to call due to the possibility of them being to do a tour on the spot.
I'm pretty sure that the trails are walk or run only.
Dinner time?
Yes you can bring a dog just not on the wildlife path where the wildlife ambassadors are housed. Also pick up after your dog.
Yes. I took my two year old there last year during a weekday around close and we had the place to ourselves. We also went to the maple festival and brought a stroller through the woods which was a little more difficult because of the steps and mud
They have off-trail exploration on the West Loop. They don't have problems with hammocks necessarily but the issue of people trying to have fires and consuming alcohol which is not allowed.
Do you mean what is there to do? There are trails, animals and community events such as classes. Check out their website for details.
