Yes. I took my two year old there last year during a weekday around close and we had the place to ourselves. We also went to the maple festival and brought a stroller through the woods which was a little more difficult because of the steps and mud

Not easy to walk with a 2 year old as it isnt stroller friendly

It depends on how active and outdoorsy your child is, my niece absolutely loved it
