This store was completely bombarded by orders, both pick up and delivery, during a recent winter storm. Delivery times posted were 100 minutes. I picked up my order in store. The professionalism and kindness of the staff while clearly under pressure did not go unnoticed. I appreciate you; keep up the great work!

Canceled my order after sending me the "out for delivery" text, charged me, and never informed me of it. Waited 45 minutes for the delivery and had to call them to see where it was. 10 minutes away was too far to drive I guess.

Burnt and crust has changed to gross!! Cold pizza every time Order is usually wrong. Delivery drivers have really gone downhill. Many are rude and don’t want to do their jobs. We order from this location at least twice a month, but will be ordering far less due to recent transactions with drivers

Ordered a pizza and two sides. It took an hour to get to me (estimate was 30-40) which is fine IF my food would have come fresh and hot. This pizza is luke warm at BEST, cheese is hard like it’s been sitting out for awhile. The sides were also luke warm and not fresh. This isn’t the first time but this was the worst. Called to get a refund or at least got bring the problem to their attention, got hung up on twice when they said they would grab a manager.
