Come to smashburger and enjoy a long line with NOT A SOUL. Taking orders and people in the back giving you a dirty look like you decided to ruin thier day by wanting a friggin burger. Already people are leaving the line to go spend thier hard earned money somewhere that wants it! Way to go 6:00 p.m. team you have shown me that McDonalds is a far better choice for burgers!

Ordered 2 truffle mushroom burgers for something different. Burgers tasted nasty. Manager refused to make us different burgers without paying for them. Front cashier guy was very nice.

WORST front of house staff in a quick service restaurant I've ever experienced. The food is fine, but the people up front have the worst people skills. I'm not a picky person, but 3 straight trips here have resulted in various inexcusably bad experiences. Clearly this is a poorly trained and managed staff. Just go to the Burnsville location if you want Smashburger. If you're the owner of this restaurant, you need to have a serious discussion with your management ASAP.

Good value for the money. Lots of choices. Great artisan buns. We had the truffle mushroom burger and the turkey burger. Both were very tasty. Hot fresh fries were a plus. The smash fries are tossed in olive oil, garlic and rosemary. The seasoning is just right. Will definitely go back. Many more choices to try!
