The photos look great, but there are still issues with contacting a real person at the company, and FedEx is a useless carrier whom does not deliver on weekends, and whom provides no customer service what so ever. I have ordered about five Fractures from this company so far, and they have turned out great. If they can hire people for customer service, and get a different shipping partner then I may leave a five star review.

The prints come out nice and the happiness guarantee is true However their terms of service are a complete farce (not congruent with local, state and federal laws) and when you show signs of intelligence they blacklist you

Questions & Answers

Is there any plan to include a 13x19 size? Also panorama would be good.....and a way to hook wire across the back would help a lot....have received 4 prints all good but hope more can be done.....good work....

Is there a phone number for Fracture? I've been trying to contact them regarding an issue with my order for a week now and have not received a response to my email I sent through their support center on the website.

I paid to have my order expedited because it was supposed to be a gift, and it was not. Customer Service never responded to any of my emails. I'm sorry I can't offer you much help other than you're not alone in your frustration. But I can tell you that the product is beautiful. I would give the product a 5* and Customer Service 1*. They really need to address this issue. **Fracture did call me and explained the issues they were having and said they had been corrected. They also refunded my shipping costs. Thank you, Fracture!
