Nice that they are open Sundays. Got ac fixed and did the 9.99 special where they rotate tires and check everything. A bit expensive for the ac but my car had a leak and they fixed it for no additional charge. Also buicks are impossible to get to the low port so I probably would never have ac again if I didnt go to Firestone.

I have been doing inspection with Firestone for last few years. Earlier people were very good. If any issues, they were explaining nicely. But this time, i am really not happy with their service. They are not explaining the issues clearly. whenever they give comments for safety inspection, i am happy to correct but they need to explain the issue clearly. but they wont. Moreover they are taking too much time for inspection. I dropped my vehicle at 10AM and they said it will be ready by 2PM. When i call them around 3.30PM, still they say that it is not ready. they are not thinking from customer point of view (very cold weather outside). I will never ever go firestone in future for inspection or anything else. At the end of day, they should not tell me to come next day. even if they say, no surprise. I am waiting....yet to get my car. I called them multiple times but their answer is come and pickup car. how i will go and pickup my car without they finish inspection. I need to walk from my home around 20mins in this cold weather. They are not even understanding. Really disappointed.

Gentleman was friendly and helpful. I was there much longer than I expected. There one day for brakes and the next day for tires

I let my brakes go too long and needed them done immediately. It was late on a Saturday so I checked on line and found Firestone was open at 9am Sundays. Booked an appointment on line for 9. Many of the reviews were very negative and I was nervous but desperate. I arrived about 15 minutes early and there were already quite a few people there waiting for the place to open. They were severely shorthanded but because I had a reservation they got me in pretty quickly. After the mechanic told me what I would need done I decided to go across the street to the tavern and have a few beers and something to eat while I waited for the job to be done. I was upset because at only 43,000 original miles I thought I needed the brakes done for a second time. The mechanic told me only the back brakes were bad because the front had been replaced previously. The rear rotors were the original parts so I was happy I only had to do the back brakes. They changed the brake fluid for me and changed the serpentine belt. I came back from the tavern around 12:15 and my car was in the parking lot ready to go. My brakes are now very quiet and I will definitely go back if I need service in the future. I would definitely make sure to make a reservation.
