My teen daughter visited this hospital location 8-6-2022. Nurse and doctor were both very rude and uncaring.

Non-emergency situation. No other patients around. Went there for x-rays because my daughter thought she may have broken a rib due to coughing from a bad cold. Was billed $1,909 for about 1 hour of service -- $1,471 for the ER and $438 for the x-rays. This is an unconscionable amount to charge for the limited services rendered.

Horrible bed side manners and lack of care or concern

Genuinely could not care less about you, mistreated or misdiagnosed every time. I was literally the only patient but had to sit and wait for over An hour after my test results were posted for the doctor. The entire time I had to sit there listening to the staff laugh, gossip and talk loudly like I wasn’t even there, didn’t check in on me once. I knew from the moment I spoke to the doctor I was going to be dismissed AGAIN. Why even bother. They diagnosed me with something it wasn’t then sent me home when I told them I still felt just as bad
