Nice staff, clean environment. However, many times I was left in the examination room for inordinate amounts of time with only a couple of other people in triage. Secondly, I had non-hospital staff continually barging into the examination room.

When I was there it was ok.
Reston does not have restrictive visiting hours, but there may be some restrictions in place during peak flu season for any visitors exhibiting flu-like symptoms.

I am a data contractor, so regarding your question, unfortunately have had no contact with her and can be of no help. However it is definitely a horrible and sad decision that someone would be working in an environment such as, and especially, a hospital. If I do have an encounter with this individual, or any other displaying this type of behavior I will most certainly bring it to the attention of this hospital's HR department.

If you are referencing being a patient then yes showering daily helps with bacteria and infection. Plus you feel better overall. Hope that helps.
