Wouldn’t go back into there. I left there feeling awful and didn’t even get any help even though she didn’t even have any customers. I guess her phone was more important then a customer.

Nice dress store, however the range is $400 up into the $1,000's.

I would not recommend! Had an 11:00 appointment, walk in and stand around for a good 10-15 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. We were told to look around they would be with us soon so we start pulling dresses I liked. The associate rudely tells us to only pick 3 and proceed to yell across the store asking what size I wore and letting me know I was definitely pulling the wrong size. The whole customer service experience was TERRIBLE so we walked out and luckily found another dress shop in Fredericksburg and was able to find the perfect dress for my big day!

I cannot understand the negative comments here! We went to several places for my daughter to find the perfect wedding dress. From the moment we showed up for our appointment we were treated very warm and friendly. Nothing phony, just real good and honest customer service. The gal that helped us listened to all 4 of our opinions then picked out some dresses for my daughter, took her in the dressing area and asked, "Now, what do you want?" Priceless! She listened to my daughter and retrieved more dresses for her to try on and the moment she walked out to show us her last dress, we ALL knew it was the one for her. She absolutely loves it. People let their emotions get in the way and expectations like, "oh, they were 5 minutes late for the appt.", all the negative comments are non issues! The place is fantastic and they have tons of different options and sizes. If they had to shut down for COVID for a bit, so what! Every business had to shut down for COVID, not by choice I assure you.
