Great court! Frequently issues headline-making rulings. Often contributes content to such stalwart institutions as Fox, CNN, and NBC. -1 star because sometimes its rulings are overturned by higher courts.

The US district court doesn't always have jurisdiction but it will try a case anyway. Instead of telling you it doesn't have jurisdiction. Then put a person in jail without having jurisdiction on the case.

Street parking nearby that fills up. I would suggest the Newseum parking lot, which is close, if a bit expensive, if nothing is available on the street
