I’m a single mom of a newborn and a two year old and I called to file a report of a man who trespassed and broke into my house and they refused to file a report and told me that this was a civil issue. I fear for the safety of my children and myself. God save us all.

They show up when I call them, and they do their best to do their jobs. I was very appreciative of their carseat service for properly mounting my grandchildren's carseats in my car. I also called them to collect a homeless person who had nowhere but concrete to sleep on during a snowy night in Rosslyn. The officer collected the person with care, and, presumably, took him to a shelter.
