The place I usually go to was closed and I was desperate for a pedicure. I called this salon ahead of time to make sure that there was availability to be seen, the lady on the phone said yes and to go ahead and come in. I waited for 30 minutes in the waiting room anyway, then I was finally brought back and there seemed to be some confusion about who was supposed to take me. A lady came and sat down with me and then was instructed to go do someone else’s pedicure. I sat there for a while waiting and then I was finally seen by an older man who rushed through my pedicure and honestly did a subpar job even though he seemed to be very experienced. I believe this was due to one of his clients showing up for an acrylics appointment. A few minutes into my pedicure she showed up and was brought back to a station and was waiting for him. Due to this, he was rushing. He barely cut my toenails so I had to ask him to cut them some more, he didn’t clean around the edges of my toenails so my in-grown toenails (the part I desperately needed tending to) were left untouched. I had to ask him to please clean that area since it was still hurting. Never have I ever had to direct someone on my pedicures like that. When he was painting them he was completely missing the corners near my skin, I am assuming to avoid having to take the extra time to clean up if he got it on my skin. The paint job seems bumpy and not smooth and even. Not to mention the scrub and massage part of my pedicure was nonexistent and he was rough also. There was nothing relaxing about the experience. If you don’t have time to take appointments don’t say that you do just to be greedy and get extra people in the door. Customer service suffers in turn and it creates dissatisfied customers. I hate complaining but honestly this whole experience was awful. No one was friendly or welcoming, it was just terrible in general. Don’t come here!

I always get a pedicure, but this time I decided to get my nails done too. Lisa did an amazing job. Her and Jessica were so friendly. I love this place.
