I decided to go on July 28 to celebrate my boyfriend birthday and decided not to buy him a cake since I was going to request that after our dinner . I stepped out for the bathroom and on my way there I told the waitress to please deliver a piece of cake to our table when I return. She replied we can’t since there are plates still on the table and I said okay once we are finish please bring a piece of cake with happy birthday written on it . Waitress said she will but at the moment they said they were singing happy birthday to others which I never requested to have people sing . I came back to my table and waited 15-20 min and nothing came . She asked if there was anything else I needed so I just requested the bill since I wasn’t going to request a piece of cake in front of him and wait who knows how much longer . I suggest you bring your own cake and not depend on others since it might not go accordingly.

On a Saturday, my boyfriend and I had lunch at Guapo's in the Village of Shirlington. Our server Gerson and other staff were attentive. They cleared our table, offered more chips and salsa, and updated us when our lunch entrees were expected to arrive at our table. For drinks, my boyfriend enjoyed a Pacifico while I enjoyed a Frozen Tropico Daiquiri (Strawberry Pina Colada). For appetizers, we shared a Tamal De Elote, which consisted of a sweet corn cake slowly cooked in a corn husk served with an abundant amount of sour cream. For lunch, my boyfriend had Tacos Del Pueblo, which consisted of three corn tortillas - two Asada (chargrilled steak) and one Carnitas (slowly roasted pork shoulder), served with Mexican rice, refried beans, white onions, cilantro, relish, green tomatillo salsa, and hot chile de arbol salsa. I enjoyed the Steak Quesadillas, which consisted of two flour tortillas stuffed with flavorful steak and a blend of monterey jack and cheddar cheese. It was served with lettuce, pico de gallo, guacamole, and sour cream.

There is a bar. It is about a 10 seat bar. Better to get a table and order drinks.
I called! Happy Hour menu and drinks served from 4-7
The bar is still under construction as of the 28th. The Reno will be done before 5/5/22 but there is no happy hr now.
It's in VA but I'm not sure if it's on GrubHub
I didn't see that on the menu, I think they only have regular ones.
