the words "customer service" does not exist here. it's impossible to get anyone on the phone or get an email back. due to the insanely high demand for apartments in northern virginia, most customer service falls by the wayside. it's not my 'cup of tea', but I had to move to this area for a new temporary job.

Two pools, one located at the club house at the top of the hill. The gym is in the club house too. The large pool is on the lower half of the complex. All three are under renovation but will be done soon.
