I am very disappointment in the services I just received today. I purchase mini bundt cakes from store 6643 for a co workers birthday. I wanted to make a birthday Charcuterie board and I asked if they could switch out the decorate because I didnt know that they offer different selections for decorations on a cake. This was my first thing coming to Nothing bundt cake and I felt like what I am asking for was not difficult. I already paid in advance for the decorations and the theme for the party is not the same color. The manager was very rude and not understanding. I really disappointment with this service!!!

The cupcake was super moist and SO delicious. Only 3 stars because the icing was UNBEARABLY sweet!!! Even scraping it off, it was hard to finish. It made us sad because the parts we could finish, we enjoyed immensely. If you love sweet stuff, this will not be an issue for you and you should def give them a try! They also do not offer any eating utensils.

I have heard so much about these cakes but had never purchased one. I was having an event at my home and wanted to try something different for my guests. It was a super busy day since it was right before Easter so the store was packed with people waiting outside (due to COVID capacity limits). I was assisted by Brianna and even though there was a line behind me she was very patient in talking me through all my options and helping me make my final decision about what to purchase. I really appreciated her courteous and timely service. Thanks again Brianna!
