Do not waste your money! I ordered a cake for my son's birthday with a picture of exactly what I wanted a sculpted gorilla cake. After emailing back and forth with someone from their bakery I was a bit concerned about what I was actually going to receive. They never asked the flavor or any details about the cake. I sent the picture we agreed on a price and that was it. I had to ask about each thing (flavor, frosting etc) and then state what I wanted. I am not sure what I would have gotten if I didn't actually tell her. Anyway I gave her a deposit and crossed my fingers. When my husband came home with the cake it was a round cake with a small fondant gorilla on top. Not anything like the picture I sent to her. Obviously there was a mis communication through our emails. After reviewing the emails I called the store to explain my complaint and huge disappointment. She apologized but did not not offer any kind of discount or rembersemnt. She also said the person who took my order told her I could not afford the actual sculpted cake which is a complete lie, we did not even discuss that. I thought I was paying for a sculpted cake. Even though I felt the customer service was was not good I decided not to write a bad review until I actually tasted the cake. I thought maybe even though the cake was not what I wanted it may taste amazing. Unfortunately that was disappointing too. The cake was so dry and over cooked. So if you read this whole review the end comment is definitely look somewhere else.

The customer service is unprofessional. I walked in to place a special ordered my son’s 1st Birthday cake a over a week before his birthday. He’s allergic to dairy, eggs, and soy. I communicated that to the manger and it was written down on his order sheet by an employee. It was confirmed with the manager as well that the cake can be made. The day before his party, I called to confirm his order and was then told the cake could not be made because there is soy in their vegan cake ingredients. I was highly disappointed and received nothing for this HUGE inconvenience besides an, “I’m sorry”. I am still disappointed in the establishment because this could have been prevented the day we walked in a week ago. It’s obvious the staff aren’t aware of what’s in their cakes as well. So if you have allergies to cow’s milk and/or soy, find a bakery that’s well versed in vegan cakes. Had I not called to confirm what was in the cake, my son would be in the ER.

They've eliminated seating in store, they do regular sanitations of everything being touched, and they've placed markers for social distancing
We would recommend a 22x22 sheet cake to serve a total of 90 people. Please let us know if there are any other questions that I can help answer at this time.
Our Tuesday special is: receive 50% off your first two cake slices or your first two cupcakes. (Limit to 2 for the 50% off)
Yes, gift cards may be purchased over the phone or in the cafe for any denomination.
They are able to do custom cakes with pretty much any design and type of cake. Logos should be ok, just depends on the purpose I believe. You can call them for specifics on design.
