GLADYS WAS VERY RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! NO HELP AT ALL! I haven't needed to go to the post office in years, and if THIS is the type of service they have niw, I PRAY I never have to go back! Geez!!

No one ever answers the phone - my passport and other items are lost in the mail and I was told it was sent on 6/23/2022. Never arrived in my mailbox. its so frustrating.

I am sure you have called, but if not i would do so, my opinion that would get better results. No offense meant.
That would depend on the TV, some are very thin and some are thick which would change the weight of the TV. You would have to take the TV in and have them weigh it to determine the cost. Unless you were like a business that had a preset paid amount for mailing stuff, but if you're just a regular person trying to mail a TV, yeah it goes on the weight.
