Building manager is very receptive towards requests and feedback. Building is spacious but old, so it has its issues big and small. Central HVAC works well and maintenance crews generally responds quickly to fix problems. Snow clearing means you can concentrate on clearing out snow on your car. Having a neighbor you can communicate determines whether you'll enjoy living there or not.

There are 2 school districts to choose from. Buildings 100 and 200 are in Goshen Schools, the other buildings are in Pine Bush Schools
