Poor customer service. Had to wait 10 extra minutes for an online order that was supposed to be ready. Not any of the clerks cared to be helpful. One minute I was told it is over there ready for pickup. When I go to pick it up they say “oh im making it now“. Meanwhile I had already been in the store for 13 minutes. Unprofessional staff to say the least! Careless and dismissive of any issue I presented to them in regards to my order. Absolutely no accountability for their mistakes. This place is the worst starbucks in NOVA.

I had an Uber eats order that Uber messed up pretty bad, and I called in to have them replace a hot cocoa that was at this point definitely lukewarm cocoa by that point. And Chris (one of the shift managers) made me a fresh hot cup without any hesitation. Fantastic service!

I love this location and everyone in it does a great job. Their coffee is great and they always have a happy positive spirit. Thank you for your hard work and I give you credit for some of my success bc your coffee puts me on the mood to work.
