Pretty cool small MTB trail with nice features in the Boss trail

Great place to ride, advanced enough for the regular rider with enough options for those learning. Not too much elevation change

Some info about the advanced bike courses: 1) how to find: You’ll find “Boss” about 1.2 miles in on the south loop (if you start by sticking to the right (past the fallen tree). “Yard sale” is another mile further down the south loop. You can’t miss the entrance to either, there are big signs. 2) The two courses are genuinely intermediate/advanced mountain bike courses. This is not for beginners. That said, most of the individual wood features can be bypassed if they appear to be too difficult. I recommend a slow tour down the course before diving in. (Though the second hairpin wood turn on “Boss” requires good speed or you’ll slide off (ouch!) 3) because the features are wood, do not attempt the courses after any recent rain. 4) wear a helmet (duh) and any additional needed protective gear. (There’s no shame on this course; it’s what the pros do)

If you can do it I promise nobody will stop you. At least not to tell you to leave.
There were a bunch of folks asking where the trail start. There should be a sign.
Yes, it is a park where you practice cycling and walking, but you have to be careful with cyclists !!!
At the trail head of the parking lot
I would go to Laurel Hills with a hybrid. Meadowood will jar your teeth!
Agreed. It would also be difficult for bikes to safely pass you.
No, there unfortunately isn't a store near the trails that rents out bikes.
Definitely open. Was there on Wednesday, some sections are very wet.
Yes, on leash on all but the "intermediate mountain bike trails" which are designed for mountain bikes, ie. the trails have obstacles, narrow single track, etc. Generally, if you stick to the outside trails you are good. The signs at the entrance of the parking areas have the trails marked.
