Can't speak to the vet services, because unfortunately I couldn't get that far. I submitted a request online for a list of the fees regarding a dental cleaning for my dog. All I got back was a message saying: "Hello, unfortunately at this time we are not taking new clients." I responded with saying it would be helpful if they put that on their website so I didn't just waste my time (and theirs). Received another response back: "This is very temporary due to one of our vehicles breaking down and is in the shop. Please reach back out in October if you are still interested, hopefully our vehicle will be back by then." Ok? Then why say you're not accepting new patients? Why not just tell me scheduling will be further out because of an issue with the truck? Further more, why not send the information I requested?? This doesn't leave me with a good impression. Looks like I will continue my search for a new vet.

Dr. King came out to see our dog Dax who had been declining physically over the last month. Dr. King listened to our concerns and evaluated Dax. He began a treatment plan immediately and by the time they left Dax was showing a marked improvement. We are so appreciative for the team at NoVa Mobile Vet for helping us through an extremely difficult day and helping our baby feel better!!

Nova Mobile Vet just came to check out my 13 year old Maltipoo and I was very pleased with the experience. Dr. Cryan was so nice and explained everything they were going to do and did thoroughly. I was a little nervous because Mimi can sometimes have a bit of anxiety around strangers, but they seemed to handle her just fine and she is relaxed and napping now after her visit. I have never dealt with a Mobile Vet before but I’m very pleased—it was quick and easy. Would highly recommend this vet to others.

I am incredibly grateful we found NOVA Mobile Vet. We adopted our Great Dane four years ago when she was 2 or 3. She had some ongoing health issues and needed frequent veterinary care. Getting her into the vet's office was a challenge, as she is very large whereas I am not, and the veterinary teams we saw seemed less than comfortable handling our gentle giant. Her visits were always a huge production, involving unnecessary precautions, even though she is clearly a very sweet and cooperative girl. Each trip left us both completely stressed which was counterproductive to her health issues. Then we found NOVA Mobile Vet and everything improved. They are great with our girl, are not at all intimidated by her size, got her health issues under control and, best of all, they come to us. Pricing is completely fair and reasonable, and I trust them explicitly to take excellent care of her. Dr. Cryan and his entire team truly are the best of the best!
