As a contractor it's my second home... and never lets me down.
Can always walk out with what I need. And they are everywhere!
Update: And now I am a manager at HD. Working every day to maintain it's excellence!

Employees constantly changing. Just when you get someone you can depend on in the paint dept, (who was an actual painter), that you can get EXPERT advice, they leave. Something is not right here in management. Happy employees don't leave.

Micro-management. My husband worked there. Very experienced maintenance mechanic, loved his job. Management was lacking.
