For our computers it was $20 to get it checked. The $20 is then applied to the cost of the repair. Then they'll give you a quote to fix it and let you decide if you want to fix it. They've always been upfront fair and honest. They never push you to buy anything. Have in fact encouraged us not to buy something from them because it's not right for us.

Hi Louella, There are a number of reasons a printer may indicate that there is a paper jam even though it looks like there is no jam. Most often it's a very small piece of paper causing the issue that is not visible because its deep inside the paper feed mechanism. The other possibility is that the sensor is malfunctioning. If its the sensor then it's time for a new printer. The cost of most printers is so low that you can replace the printer for less than the cost of even an inexpensive printer repair.
Hi Teddy, The price of laptop screen replacement varies based on the size and specific model of the laptop. A ruff estimate for a non-touch screen is anywhere from 90-150 with most being in the lower middle end of that range. If you'd like to bring it by we can take a look and let you know fairly quickly what it would cost you. Unfortunately i cannot give you an exact figure without first looking at the computer.
We don't require a deposit at the time of drop off, however there is a 35 dollar diagnostic fee that is waived if you decide to have the device repaired.
