Room was clean, free breakfast every day, friendly staff, fun pool area to hangout with a group. Exterior facing rooms can be a bit noisy. Hotel grounds are usually safe but as soon you step off them there are certain areas very close that can not be. Overall a great stay.

We went for a friend’s wedding at The Grove and not only was it a convenient drive our stay was very pleasant. The staff at the hotel were helpful and very nice. Marissa the general manager made sure we had everything needed to make this stay a memorable one. Marissa allowed us the use of the media room to make all the wedding flower arrangements. Working with fresh flowers the room needed to be cold and Marissa made sure the room was always cold. Marissa went above and beyond and so did all the staff. We definitely recommend this hotel.

This was our first time visiting this hotel. Booked this place because of its ratings and proximity to University of Redlands. The people who greeted us were very helpful and pleasant. Our accommodations were quite pleasing...comfortable beds and an ample desk to work on. What really surprised us was the breakfast next day. My wife had ordered an omelet and had requested it to be cooked "well done". She cut into it, and it was not done correctly. She inquired if they might be able to cook it more, was told...no. Much to our surprise, the chef came over and asked if he could assist, we explained the situation, and left it at that. Shortly afterwards, he arrives with a new omelet, well done...and my wife enjoyed it. Little details like this make a big difference in creating a loyal customer. We are most definitely coming back again. Thanks for your people's efforts, this was a pleasure to respond in a most positive way. 😎👍👍👍👍

I loved my stay it was the last thing me and my boyfriend are going to do because he is going to have surgery and won't be able to go out for while so it was really special to me, this hotel stay. it was clean and organized. The staff was friendly and kind. The bed was really comfortable firm but soft enough. The pillows were my favorite. I truly enjoyed my stay thank you very much I will always cherish this trip.
