Fine if you like standing in line for 40 min to find out they don’t even have the thing you need
wesley major
More than twenty people in line/two windows open? 2pm But hey, if you want to open a new account step right up! Ridiculous

I've been a reliable customer for over 10 years and have a Checking and Savings account here. Bank of America failed to flag certain suspicious activity on my Visa card for several months. Basically, someone had stolen my card information and used it to pay an online merchant over and over again, sometimes multiple times per day, but often spread out, and the amounts were small. I did not lose my card and do not let anyone else use my card. The total amount of money stolen from my account via these unauthorized transactions was over $1,700. I submitted a claim, going all the way back to October of 2020, and Bank of America denied the claim, saying that I was "too late" in filing the claim. Of course, this was only a few months ago, and I filed it as soon as I found out. I appealed the claim a couple weeks ago, and still haven't heard anything back.

Every workers here are very helpful and patient and at least they're sticking with their business hours, especially during uncertain times like this. Unlike the one across the street (*citibank). I've been helped by almost every tellers that works here since my visits are always to deposit money. And I have to say they're all very nice and helpful!! Especially Jason. He's the one help me the most and he remembers little things that makes me as a customer feel welcomed and important. Thank you for all the hard work, guys!!

Yes they do
At the lobby made appointment, got right in.
No need to switch banks; access to funds by ATM available, all you need to do is to change the daily limit for withdrawal to match your antipated needs; however, increased risk to to fraud, best strategy; change daily limit for 2 days, then, change back to recommend daily withdrawal limit for your security
But it looks like they put the new office hour. Which they're closed Monday, Tuesday and Sunday. But they open on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Not sure if that's true. I havent checked it myself.
