I had to put my rabbit down, and I walked in to the clinic without calling ahead. The staff acted quickly and kindly. Afterward, they gave me space to grieve the loss if I needed it. They were accommodating and caring. I didn’t expect the service to be as expensive as it was; I only wish that they had told me ahead of time.
