Horrible! Took a brand new pair of pants in to have the waist taken in. Stitching was crooked and bunched; like they got caught in the machine. Why would you even give that back to a customer looking that way? Did you think I wouldn't notice? Waistband is now crooked and pants no longer lay flat. My brand new pants that I have never worn are now ruined. It was the worst alteration I have ever gotten. Do not understand all the positive reviews. I would never use them again for anything! To top it off they weren't even ready when promised and I had to wait for this disaster.
