EILEEN KEMSKE, the so called "Director of Social Services", is a real SCUMBAG!! There's a special place in hell for her!! So that everybody reading these reviews knows - EILEEN KEMSKE and SHARON GLASTY are the two to blame the very most for this failure and absolute disgrace of a "business"!! They're all too busy making money for themselves than to worry about the people who REALLY need help, which is why this place is supposed to exist!. They are also racists! Thanks a lot for screwing over myself and my family, EILEEN! I'll never forget what harm you've caused!! You piece of S**T!!

Went there for help. Did all they asked me to do yet I have to leave the hotel with 4 kids in the cold. Keep calling and the workers won't even answer the phone
