I just phoned and not only was the women rude and unprofessional, she screamed on the phone , And let's not forget that she hung the phone up, Without helping me for the reason of my call. My GOD MAYOR SCOTT NEED TO DO BETTER in filling these positions with people only concern is collecting a paycheck.
