No wonder Covid spreading. Few months back came in contact someone that tested for covid. I called to get letter for quarantine. I am not working but needed for a dentist appt was going have cancel. The person on phone Frederick Health Dep barely spoke English. She told me would not give me letter and go get tested. Told her didnt have car or money. She told me borrow money and call uber. Told her dont think uber would appericate me calling ride knowing I had been exposed. She said wear mask. Think she was rude and needs find another job. Covid spreading due people like her. Phones all have contact tracing but nobody gets codes. Had 4 people test for covid last week and not one got a code. asked for codes and they had no idea what was taking about. Had several other people tell me same thing about not getting codes. ****Edit the code are the issues of bluetooth however the Frederick Health Department worker telling me take an uber with my child to be tested after knowing I had been exposed someone tested positive was beyond recklessness. She barely spoke English so I don't think too difficult for Department to figure out who that worker is. She needs new job. She was rude. Miserable. I have since spoke other workers over phone who are polite and sensitive.since this post I have known 2 people lost life from Covid-19 complications. Shame on this woman. She knows who she is.
